This building located in Miranda, Venezuela is a tower with a mixed use consisting of a commercial area, parking, and an office area.

For the development of the project, the architectural design, structural calculation, design and calculation of Plumbing, electrical and mechanical installations were made.

The programs used for the office tower were Revit for architectural-structural modelling, and the installations were made with Revit MEP.
